I started my journey with Permaculture 14 years ago, it all started with the process to eliminate additives and preservatives from our diets, then chemicals in our home. At the time we lived on a small block (627 square meters) in the beautiful little town of Canungra in the Scenic Rim. Looking back it was a great way to start learning on a small scale so I could experiment with different ideas, so with a new baby and a very active toddler the journey began.
It really is amazing how much we can fit into a small space, we managed to fit in a food forest in the front yard.
We had 100 fruit trees, 4 raised garden beds and 6 chickens.
Along with my family we have purchased a bigger property ( 1 1/3 acre) in Kooralbyn with the goal to be set up as self reliant as we can be with our land. In the near future we will be offering farm tours and workshops.

We are super excited to be producing a Herbal Tea Range for your sipping pleasure. We are growing the herbs we use in our blends here on the farm using Permaculture and Biodynamic principles this gives us great design but also means we are growing a beyond organic product no chemicals and no artificial fertilisers are used assuring nutrient dense produce is used in our blends. We have a strong ethic of building great soil so we don’t need anything else to grow great produce here on the farm. We have 4 amazing blends available with more teas and products using our herbs.
